The Velair I21VSD 230V 21k BTU Marine Air Conditioner is a self-contained-VSD unit that provides the best technology available for marine air conditioning. With a brushless DC motor and inverter that constantly controls speed and cooling power delivered, this unit offers a variable speed drive and reverse blade brushless fan for optimal performance. It also features an electronic expansion valve and uses R410A refrigerant. With three sizes available (10.000, 16.000, 21.000 and 27.000 BTU/h), this air conditioner offers the following benefits:

• Perfectly running with small generators or battery-powered
• Compressor noise and vibrations are almost zero

The compressor continuously changes its running speed depending on ambient and set temperature. The compressor operates at maximum power to cool rapidly the cabins, but reaching the set temperature, reduces the power and electricity consumption.
