The Victron Energy Bpc241245102 Blue Smart Ip22 24Vdc 12A 1 Bank 120V Charger Dry Mount is a professional battery charger with built-in Bluetooth. It is designed for use on devices in your workshop and on motor vehicles such as cars, motorbikes, boats, and camper-vans.

With its Bluetooth Smart technology, this charger allows you to monitor voltage and current, change settings, and update the charger wirelessly when new features become available.

Featuring high efficiency of up to 94%, this charger generates up to four times less heat compared to the industry standard. It also consumes only 0.5 Watt of power once the battery is fully charged, which is significantly better than the industry standard.

The Victron Energy Bpc241245102 Blue Smart Ip22 Charger utilizes an adaptive 6-stage charge algorithm, including test, bulk, absorption, recondition, float, and storage modes. The adaptive feature optimizes the charging process based on the battery's usage patterns.

In storage mode, the charger reduces the float voltage to minimize gassing and corrosion of the positive plates when the battery is not in use. It also includes a weekly voltage raise to equalize the battery, preventing stratification of the electrolyte and sulfation, which can lead to early battery failure.

This charger is capable of charging Li-ion batteries using a simple bulk, absorption, and float algorithm. It even has a fully discharged battery recovery function, allowing it to initiate charging even if the battery has been discharged to zero volts.

The charger offers NIGHT and LOW settings, reducing the output current to a maximum of 50% of the nominal output for noiseless operation. The NIGHT mode automatically ends after 8 hours, while the LOW mode can be manually ended.

With protection against overheating, the charger will reduce the output current as the temperature increases up to 50&degC, ensuring reliable operation. It also features eleven LEDs for status indication and a MODE button to set different charge algorithms.
