The Air Force One Operating Unit is conveniently mounted under the hood of the towed vehicle, remaining completely out of sight. This unit houses the vacuum generator for the towed vehicle's power assist and also provides the reserve air supply for the breakaway circuit. With its compact design, the brake actuator easily mounts on the brake arm of the towed vehicle and securely attaches to the firewall using just one self-drilling screw.
