The Lenco 101XDS Marine Extreme Duty Actuator is a high-quality, durable actuator designed for marine applications with limited space. This actuator is specifically used with OEM specific kits and is the shortest actuator available in the market. With a stroke of 2-1/4" and an overall length of 10 7/8" (tip to tip), it provides precise and reliable performance.

The 101XDS Actuator features a newly implemented Anti Extrusion Ring (AXR) seal stabilization system, ensuring enhanced sealing performance. The top cap and mounting clevis design have been strengthened for added durability. The pressure-tight torx screws have been improved to prevent any leakage. An integrated wiper seal at the actuator base further enhances the sealing capabilities. The actuator also incorporates a molded-in brass thrust bearing design and a thicker and stronger motor housing wall. The O-Ring design has been improved for a more consistent seal, and the over-molded cable provides a stronger and tighter seal. The upper mounting bracket comes with a gland seal for added protection.
