Faria Beede Euro White 4" Tachometer for Gas Inboard Engines - 6,000 RPM

The Faria Beede Euro White 4" Tachometer is designed for gas inboard engines and has a maximum reading of 6,000 RPM. The black dial is perimeter-lighted and features bold white graphics, while the black aluminum bezel and contoured white pointer give it a sleek and modern look. The tachometer is also equipped with a flat glass lens to prevent scratches and other damage.

Electronic tachometers work by counting pulses generated by the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator or magnetic pickup sender. The tach is hooked up to +12VDC, Ground and one of the signal sources listed. By selecting the right tach and setting the switch on the back to the correct position you let the tachometer know how many pulses are sent per each engine revolution.

The tachometer has a hole size of 3.375" (85mm) and is easy to install. It is designed to work with 12 VDC negative ground systems, but can be adapted for 24 VDC systems if needed. The factory part number for this tachometer is TC9679.
