The Elbeco 3730-4XL Shield Job Shirt with Self Collar is a heavyweight cotton blended fleece that offers both functionality and durability without compromising on comfort. This job shirt is designed with two collar options, allowing wearers to choose between the Self Collar or the Twill Collar.

The Shield Job Shirt features a quarter front zipper closure with a chin guard, providing protection for the chin and neck from the zipper.
