The Blue Sea Systems 7047-Bss 187-Series 135 Amp Circuit Breaker Panel Mount combines switching and circuit protection into a single device. It is designed to meet SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements and features a clear, single lever operation. The "Trip Free" design ensures that the circuit breaker cannot be held "ON" during a fault current condition. It is waterproof and has recessed mounting holes for a clean appearance. The self-trimming case eliminates the need for mounting panels or trim bezels, and the round case allows for easy installation with a standard-sized hole saw. The circuit breaker has large clearance around terminal studs that accept heavy gauge wire lugs, and the robust 5/16 terminals provide high torque connections. The large lever with vertical/horizontal orientation provides indication of trip status, and the breaker is ignition protected, making it safe for installation aboard gasoline-powered boats.
