Arco 30457 Marine Inboard Starter - Top Mount, Counter Clockwise Rotation

The Arco 30457 Marine Inboard Starter is a top mount starter designed for counter clockwise rotation. It is compatible with various marine engines including Mercruiser, Pleasurecraft, Crusader, and Marine Power. This starter is dynamically tested and packaged for out-of-the-box performance, nickel-coated and/or epoxy-painted to reduce corrosion, sealed to minimize water intrusion, and designed for long life and optimum performance. Its armatures are tested to withstand 50 times operating voltages (12 volts).

ARCO advises using a fully charged battery to avoid damaging the starter and starter solenoid. It is also recommended to clean all connections to avoid resistance and lower the amperage required for an efficient starting circuit.
